Research
PROAC is the funding policy of
the Secretary of Culture of São
Paulo state. It support artistic and
cultural activities through a
public fund. I got a grant to
develop and test a software for
interactive performing arts. It
uses computer vision and
generative particles.

Generative code
The LAB Collective is composed by two Photographers, an Architect and a Code Programmer. This intervention was intended to make the visitors of a park dance and move in a free, fun way. The particles moved according to the optical flow captured by an infrared camera.
Pelúcia (Teddy Bear) – theacher
Projection mapping
In this play, the actress played both
the Teddy Bear and Phillip, its
teenager owner. Projection mapping
worked here as digital scenography
and a mean to position both
character on stage. Also, the toy
character played in joy with
imaginary object rigth before it
realizes it was left behind in the
attic.

Video Edition
Libercanto is a community
choir established in 1988. In
the pandemic, adaptation
was mandatory. The choir
joined the virtual trend and
produced a video, which I
edited and color corrected.
The video concept was
‘together besides the
distance’.

Digital Scenography
Libercanto always performs on stage
with moree than just music. It
composes with poety, theater and,
recently, projection mapping. Digital
scenography isdesigned to
dynamically affect the mood and
speak to audience. In 2019, for
example, the scenography depicted
the harmonic spin of a gear
mechanism representing the group
interdependency.

TENOR
In 2016 I joined Libercanto as a
student singer where I had the
opportunity to study vocal
technique and perform great
pieces. The choir traditionally
presents Brazilian music, but
once a year, in Easter
celebration, it goes through
some classical Requiems.

With the question ‘Are
feelings needed to make
sense?’ this installation
invited people to take their
time and experience an
overload of their sight and
audition.

Projection mapping
A woman, who had tried many
different therapies, uses the theater
and the presence of the audience to
access her unconscious. The
projection mapping here is used to
support the dialog between the
character and her deep thoughts.

All over these five years, Ihave been part of two companies, La Copañia, directed by Carlos Ramirez, and Sentidos, my current collective with Roseane Diniz and Camila Andreo. Dance studies are based on somatic education.
